Health and Safety System Development and Implementation
Health4Work can provide a full "turn key" service to assist employers with entry into one of the ACC Workplace Discount Programmes. Advice is given on the most suitable programme for the individual business. A cost/benefit report can be provided that sets out the annual savings on ACC levies that can be achieved by participation in the respective programmes.
Health4Work will assist with the development and implementation of an appropriate health and safety system that is fully customised and documented for the individual business. The support package will compliment any existing system that is in place and may include:
- Assistance with completion of all ACC application questionnaires
- Implementation plan
- Training and mentoring
- Provision of full documentation including policies, procedures and forms
- Follow-up visits to ensure the system is being appropriately maintained
- Pre-audit reviews and gap analysis prior to an ACC renewal audit
- Additional support as required e.g. special projects
