Accident investigation

Accident investigation training is customised for the individual business.  However individual elements within an accident investigation module would typically include the following:

  • Roles and responsibilities
  • Why report
  • Reporting process
  • External report e.g. Department of Labour, for Serious Harm
  • The investigation process
  • Who's involved
  • Corrective actions
  • Sign off and follow up

Such courses would usually range from 2-4 hours
