Legislative compliance

Legislative Compliance training modules generally relate to the "Health and Safety in Employment Act" and it respective Regulations, Codes of Practice and Guidelines.  However other modules may focus on:

  • Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act (IPRC)
  • Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act (HSNO)

Training modules are customised to the indivual employer and target audience.

Legislative Compliance training modules would have a duration of 4-8 hours.
